Be Who You Want
Countless research studies show that personality traits can and do change over time and that you can facilitate this process by taking intentional action. So, instead of letting a personality test “type”cast you, what if you developed the traits you’d need to be successful in the life you want. Dr. Sauer-Zavala will challenge the myth that personality is set in stone and attendees will walk away practical tools build the future they want by becoming the person who can create it.

From Stressed to Strategic: Using Personality Science to Build High-Impact Teams
Rather than slotting people into rigid categories, this workshop empowers teams to see personality as a launchpad for growth. Every participant will complete an exclusive, science-based personality assessment. The assessment sets the stage for a personalized experience that helps employees understand their current trait profile—and identify areas of growth aligned with their goals.

Enterprise-Wide Growth
From Profile to Performance: A Personality-Driven Development Program
This multi-month, fully customized program turns personality science into a structured development system for your team. We start with a clinical-grade assessment and an alignment workshop that maps each employee's traits to their values and professional goals. From there, every participant builds a custom development plan and receives ongoing coaching to make real, measurable progress on the traits that matter — for the role they're in, and the role they want next. Program evaluation is built in from day one, so you have the data to show what changed.
The Power of Personality Change
Partnership for Prevention
Case Study: Ten Years of Trait-Targeted Prevention with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police
Over a decade ago, rates of operational stress injuries — PTSD, anxiety, depression — were rising sharply among Royal Canadian Mounted Police. When the Ministry of Public Safety put out a call for proposals, I was brought in to lead the prevention arm, and I came in with a different question: what if we built capacity before officers ever hit the field?
The science pointed to a clear lever. PTSD, anxiety, and depression all share a common underlying trait — neuroticism, the tendency to feel negative emotions intensely and often — and lowering it is one of the most powerful upstream protections we have.
I developed a 10-week prevention program, adapted the personality treatments I’ve developed and tested in my academic work. It strengthens emotional regulation in cadets before deployment. Ten years later, I still travel to Regina to keep it faithful to its evidence base.
Public safety is unique, but its pressures — high responsibility, sustained stress, limited recovery — show up across medicine, law, finance, and executive leadership. If your organization is carrying the human cost of high-pressure work, I build trait-targeted prevention programs that fit your culture, your timeline, and the data your leadership needs to see.
The impact that 90min has already had on me is profound.
